1:1 mindfulness sessions

Have you always been curious about how mindfulness could help improve your mental and physical wellbeing? Mindfulness helps us cultivate our ability to be present with what is already here, moment to moment.

So often in life, we are operating n automatic pilot of preoccupied with worrying, day dreaming, planning, or judging. Rather than trying to change anything, mindfulness helps us to become more aware of our habitual patterns of thinking, allowing us to explore the difference between “doing” and “being”.

Join me for a one-to-one mindfulness session where together, we will explore meditations, skills, and techniques to help us live more present and wakeful lives. In our initial session, we will get to know each other and talk about what you hope to gain from introducing mindfulness practices into your life.
